Commnet has dedicated resources that include a 24 Hour By 7 day Network Operations Center (NOC) for outage reporting and trouble ticketing, field technicians that carry spares/test equipment, contracts with all the premier equipment manufacturers, licensed spectrum for wireless applications, professional engineering and project management staff, SOXS compliant accounting systems, and all the other behind-the-scenes components to provide a very reliable and high quality experience for our customers.
