Louis J. Tomasetti
President and CEO
Mr. Tomasetti joined Commnet in April 2004 as Vice President of Corporate Development. In the spring of 2005, he was promoted to President, and in the summer of 2006, he was named President and CEO. Under Mr. Tomasetti’s leadership, Commnet dramatically expanded its reach into rural America, growing from 266 base stations in 2006 to more than 650 to date. During that time, Commnet invested more than $100 million to bring wireless connectivity to many of the most unserved and underserved areas of the American West.
Prior to joining Commnet, Mr. Tomasetti served as Director of Wholesale Services at Cingular Wireless where he was responsible for building strategic roaming relationships. During his tenure at Cingular, he negotiated and executed several hundred domestic and international roaming agreements, and assisted numerous rural carriers with their initial deployment of GSM services. From 1994 to 2001, he held a variety of management positions with Verizon Wireless, including Director of Carrier Roaming and Director of Marketing for the Houston, Texas, Region. He spent the early years of his career as a Certified Public Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand.
Mr. Tomasetti graduated from the University of Scranton and earned an MBA from Vanderbilt University.

Angela Flom
Vice President of Billing and Roaming
Ms. Flom is responsible for carrier negotiations, intercarrier rating and billing, carrier implementations and tier 2 customer care for Commnet and subsidiaries of Atlantic Tele-Network.
Ms. Flom’s career in the wireless industry began in 1985 with McCaw Cellular Communications, where she worked in the Roaming Division for both McCaw and its subsidiary, North American Cellular Network, and was responsible for agreements and carrier integration in North America. She continued working for McCaw, which in 1994 was acquired by AT&T Wireless, until 2000 when she joined Commnet as Director of Network Development. In August 2009 she assumed her current role.
Ms. Flom is a graduate of Central Washington University.

John D. Champagne
Vice President of Planning and Development
Mr. Champagne is responsible for long-term strategic planning including market analysis, technology evolution, financial planning and the development of strategic partnerships. He joined Commnet in June of 2006 as Vice President of Planning and Development. He has more than 20 years of industry experience in the field of telecommunications.
In previous employment Mr. Champagne worked in positions of increasing responsibility at IBM, Nortel Networks, World Access and Telmar Network Technologies. He has an extensive background in System Engineering, Sales and Technical Support for manufacturers and distributor channels involving wireless infrastructure and services.
Mr. Champagne graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and earned an MBA from the University of Dallas.

Wayne Gibson
Vice President of Distribution
Mr. Gibson joined Commnet in August of 2009 as Vice President of Distribution, where he is responsible for Sales, Marketing, Customer Care and Logistics for Choice Wireless Retail. He provides similar support functions for other ATN companies and strategic partners.
Prior to joining Commnet Mr. Gibson worked in various senior roles at Cricket Communications, Qwest Wireless and GTE/Verizon Wireless. In these roles he was responsible for sales, marketing and customer care with increasing responsibility and financial accountability. Additionally, Mr. Gibson worked in a consulting role for AT&T, Ericsson USA, Wavemax and Nextwave Wireless focusing on distribution design, planning and sales execution.
Mr. Gibson graduated from Grove City College in western Pennsylvania and did his graduate studies at St. Bonaventure University in western New York.
